12 Month Clinical study introducing anti-obesity compound A15305 daily into the diet of obese canines under the age of 8 years meeting the inclusion criteria. Medications will be taken for 3 months given in canine daily food intake. Compound 15305 to increase weight loss, lower cholesterol, triglycerides. Assist in the reduction of pulmonary & cardiac risks factors, aiding in reducing arthritis symptoms in obese canines.

Inclusion Criteria:
Obese canines per Body Condition Scoring (4-5)
Male or Female <8 years of age
Spay and/or Neutered
May be positive for Thyroid Dx controlled on Medications
May be positive for Cushions Dx controlled on Medications
May be positive for CHF controlled
Current and up to date on vaccinations
Currently on Flea, Tick and Heart-worm Prevention
Obese canines per Body Condition Scoring (4-5)

Exclusion Criteria:
Canines who are pregnant or currently feeding puppies
Diagnosed or history of Auto Immune Disease
Diagnosed or history of Cancer
Currently taking medications for allergies (must be off for 1 year)
Currently taking steroids (must be off for 1 year)
Currently taking Nsaids
Canine's with serious concurrent health issues
Abnormal blood results (Critical labs)
Canines who are pregnant or currently feeding puppies
